The higher competitiveness (due to quality) makes producers more creative and innovative as well as quality in creating products. Awareness of Quality Improvement in HR Education

Data from 2014 shows the number of junior high school (SMP) educated workers in Indonesia is around 76.4 million. This amount if presented is around 64% of the 118 million workers of Indonesia. The number is high for an indicator of the low quality of human resources (HR) owned.
